Automatic hit exchanges have been around
since around October of 2001. Not surprisingly, most people still don't
know how to best utilize automatic traffic.
Worse yet, there are dozens of these exchanges, most of them pretty
much a waste of time. It takes a large user base to get anything out of
these exchanges.
This lesson will show you exactly which exchanges work, exactly how to
use the good ones, and exactly how to get bonus hits without surfing
from new exchanges.
Warning: The first crucial step in the process of effectively using
automatic traffic is to set up a special page.
This special page is a lead generation page that uses

Now, the next thing you have to realize when using any traffic exchange
is that it's all about leads. It's all about getting people on your
opt-in list so they can check out your offers on their own time.
For this plan, you will be joining exchanges that offer free hits just
for signing up. Some of these will be manual exchanges, but most new
exchanges these days seem to be automatic exchanges.
All you have to do is just sign up to get the hits. Some of them will
make you surf 100 pages or so to get the sign-up hits, though. You will
also be turning your automatic traffic into manual traffic. This will
increase the quality of the visitors.
Step 1: Go to

and bookmark it. You will be visiting this site often.
Step 2: Next, you will join Hit Pulse. This has been one of the best
exchanges we have tested that lets you earn manual credits by showing
your referral page in automatic exchanges.

Step 3: Take your special page from above (like my sample) and register
that as your website on Hit Pulse.
Step 4: Take your HitPulse Referral URL and register that on every
single exchange using sign-up hits you can find over at
NewStartPages.com.
Step 5: You will start to receive traffic to your HitPulse Referral URL
even without surfing. It is true, though, that some of the exchanges
will want you to surf 100 sites or so before receiving your hits.
Step 6: The last step here is to log in at HitPulse and convert your
Power Points to actual hits. You earn a Power Point for each site you
visit or each unique visitor to your Referral URL. When you show that
Referral URL in other exchanges, you are earning Power Points. Just log
in and click on Power Points, and you will see where you trade them for
actual hits.
That's really all there is to it. I mentioned that most automatic
exchanges are not very good. That's true, but here are some very good
ones that you can use on a daily basis with the plan detailed above.
